We both used this product. We did the clay baths on our kiddos the same night so we could compare notes. Immediately after the bath our boys seemed to be hyper initially but then sleep well. Read the instructions carefully! I did not realize I was supposed to give the clay time to "hydrate". I think the baths worked better after I added in that step. I didn't see a dramatic difference when using the clay. We are going to give it another try though. A few tips:
Let the clay fully hydrate before bathing (use a whisk to stir water before and after hydrating clay.)
